Three routes, one written scope
Pick your path
Not sure where your project fits? Pick the situation closest to yours below, and the right team picks up from there. The same Victoria office runs both sides, with one project manager on your job from the first walkthrough to warranty registration.
Randal and Preston Williams are the father and son who own the company. The Victoria office opened after Harvey and never closed — the Crossroads is a market ARP committed to rather than visited, and the owners are reachable when something needs to be made right.
Residential roofing
If it's your home, the Victoria office handles the full range across Victoria County and the Crossroads — roof replacement, roof repair, shingle and metal roofing, seamless gutters, and hail, wind, and storm-damage documentation. Every job starts the same way: a photo-documented inspection and a written scope before a single shingle comes off.
On shingle you're an Atlas PRO+ Platinum Select and GAF Certified Plus customer — co-equal certifications, so you can put on any shingle brand you choose. On metal, standing seam and exposed-fastener panels are roll-formed and supervised by our field project manager, behind a written workmanship warranty — a company credential, not a borrowed one.

Commercial roofing
If you manage a building or a portfolio across the Crossroads, the commercial side routes you to the system your roof actually needs: commercial metal site-formed on our own roll-forming equipment, GAF EverGuard TPO and single-ply, acrylic, silicone, and polyurea restoration coatings that extend a sound roof, plus flat-priced repair and documented replacement.
You get GAF GoldElite Commercial credentials, with Elevate Red Shield and UNIFLEX Premier Elite on restoration coatings — and the real differentiator, the paperwork: a documented condition report, a written scope, and before-and-after photos your ownership or board can actually read before you sign anything.

No cost, no obligation
A free Victoria roof inspection from ARP costs nothing whether or not you hire us, and you keep everything it produces. A project manager walks the roof, photographs what they find, and leaves you a written condition report — including the honest verdict when the answer is that your roof has years left and needs nothing.
On the Crossroads the failure that matters is uplift, not impact. Gulf storms work a roof from the edges in, so we start where the wind starts: the eaves, rakes, and ridge, checking whether the starter course and hip and ridge caps are actually sealed or just laid, and whether the fasteners hit the deck or the air between rafters.
We check the flashing at every transition and the pipe boots, and we go into the attic for daylight and moisture, because a roof that lost its edge seal in the last blow can look untouched from the street and still be one storm from peeling.
From assessment to warranty
No fee, no deposit, no pressure. We confirm your address is covered before we schedule — then a project manager walks the roof.

Residential
Architectural and Class 4 impact-resistant shingle systems for homes — Atlas PRO+ Platinum Select and GAF Certified Plus, with the documentation carriers need for a premium discount on Class 4 installs. Full tear-off, deck inspection with photos, synthetic underlayment, drip edge, new flashing at every transition.

Residential Roofing in Victoria →System build-up, deck to cap
Residential
Standing seam and stone-coated metal, roll-formed on our own equipment and supervised by a dedicated metal foreman, finished in Kynar color coats built for South Texas UV — Class 4 impact-rated for the hail belt. Here the credential is ours rather than a manufacturer's: a written workmanship warranty behind panels we formed ourselves.
2026 Victoria range: $27,200 – $47,800, moved by profile, gauge and finish.
Residential Roofing in Victoria →Specification
Residential
Clay and concrete tile where HOA and historic review require an original material match. We handle the submittal, the match, and the underlayment replacement that is usually the real reason a tile roof is leaking.
Residential Roofing in Victoria →Commercial
Energy-reflective GAF EverGuard TPO, plus PVC and EPDM, for flat and low-slope commercial roofs across the metro — installed under GAF GoldElite Commercial credentials. You get a documented condition report and a written, COO-reviewed scope with before-and-after photos your board can actually read, before you sign anything.
Commercial Roofing in Victoria →What ownership receives
Commercial
Standing seam and R-panel site-formed on our own equipment, plus silicone and acrylic restoration coatings that extend a sound roof instead of replacing it — Elevate Red Shield and UNIFLEX Premier Elite credentials. When a recover is the honest answer, we say so, and the capital request gets smaller.
Commercial Roofing in Victoria →Replace or restore
Storm
Hail, wind and storm damage documented the way your carrier needs to see it — photographed in carrier format and filed the way an adjuster expects to receive it, before you decide on repair or replacement. Randal Williams is an Xactimate expert; we meet the adjuster on the roof rather than sending you to argue alone.
Timing: most Texas homeowner policies set a one-year deadline from the date of loss, per the Texas Department of Insurance — check yours. Nobody at ARP will waive or absorb your deductible — that's a criminal offense in Texas.
Storm Damage Roof Repair in Victoria →Damage severity, verbalized
Residential & commercial
Seamless aluminum gutters formed on site to your rooflines, with oversized downspouts sized for Victoria's flash-flood rainfall rather than a national default. Installed with the roof or on their own — and if a fascia board is rotten behind the old gutter, you see the photo before we price the repair.
Why it matters here: a single thunderstorm can dump inches in an hour. Undersized gutters overshoot, saturate the foundation, and push water back under the drip edge.

Victoria market
The reason we're in Victoria is Hurricane Harvey. When the storm tore through the Crossroads in 2017, we came down to help people put their roofs back together, opened our Victoria office, and stayed — a permanent local presence with a team you can reach year-round, not a phone number that drives in after the next storm and disappears.
Roofing here is its own problem. Victoria sits close enough to the coast that Gulf hurricane season stacks on top of the inland hail and spring wind that roll across South Texas, so a roof here has to answer for both. Every replacement also pulls a permit through the City of Victoria. Getting it right is a local problem, not a national one, which is exactly why a local office matters.
Storm season
Hail + wind
Spring hail and Gulf tropical wind both reach the Crossroads. Victoria County sits inland, outside the TWIA windstorm district (TWIA).
Attic heat, August
140°F+
Unbalanced ventilation cooks shingles from underneath.
Class 4 premium credit
Carrier-set
Many Texas insurers credit UL 2218 Class 4 roofs; each company sets its own amount (TDI).
2026 Victoria market pricing

Class 4 impact-rated shingle runs about $23,100–$29,700 and standing-seam metal higher still.

Why Randal
A former commercial high-rise field engineer and Xactimate expert. He reviews every commercial scope before it leaves the office, which is why a board can read it without a translator.
"After Harvey hit in 2017, we came down to the Crossroads to help folks rebuild, and we stayed. We opened our Victoria office and we've been here every year since — on the fire station, the community center, homes all over Victoria County. A lot of contractors chase the storm and then vanish. We're the ones you can still find right here in Victoria the next time you need us."

Why Preston
Runs the residential side and sets the standard the crews are held to. If a homeowner's job needs to be made right, this is the name on it.
"Cheap and good rarely show up to the same job site. We're trying to be the last roofer you ever have to call."

Best first call for: scheduling, daily site questions, closeout photos.
Why the crew matters
The same faces and branded trucks your neighbors see on the job — not a pop-up outfit that appears after a hailstorm and is gone by year seven. One project manager stays on your job from the first walkthrough through warranty registration.

Honest fit check
The best way to judge any Victoria contractor — us or anyone else — is to ask for a written scope, ask who your single point of contact is, and ask when the manufacturer warranty gets registered in your name. If a roofer can't answer those three plainly, that's your answer.
Yes — we're a match
No — we'll say so up front
We'd rather tell you that on the phone than waste a walkthrough.
