Storm damage and the insurance claim are two different jobs, and we keep them straight. First we get eyes on the roof, document every finding with photos, and give you a written scope — so you know what's actually damaged before an adjuster ever arrives. We meet the adjuster on the roof as your contractor of record. We don't act as your adjuster, and we don't negotiate your claim. We photograph the damage, meet the adjuster on the roof as your contractor of record, and prepare the roofing scope.
