ARP Roofing Reviews — Proof From 5,000+ Texas Roofing Projects.
The best measure of a roofer isn't the sales pitch — it's what your neighbors say once the crew has gone home and the first storm has come and gone. Here's the record ARP Roofing & Remodeling has built across Texas, and where you can read verified customer reviews for yourself before you call anyone.

In our customers' own words
Every roof we finish belongs to a real family or business that trusted us with it. Homeowners and property owners call us for leak repairs, full replacements and honest inspections, and what they talk about afterward usually isn't the shingles or the metal. It's how they were treated: straight answers, crews who showed up when they said they would, job sites left clean, and a team that came back to make it right when something needed another look.
Here it is in their words. These five-star reviews come from our San Antonio and Victoria Google Business Profiles, shown exactly as each customer wrote them.
Great company to work with! Travis and his staff have been optimal for our roofing needs! We will continue to use them again for commercial and residential roofing repairs and replacements! Thanks again!
Travis Bowling provided us a detailed inspection and evaluation which made us feel comfortable choosing ARP for our new roof.
It took me a long time to find a company to help with my commercial metal roof after the last company left me hanging. ARP has gone above and beyond to help me with all of my roofing needs.
We needed a ridge cap replaced and then some interior ceiling work done. When things didn’t go right the first time, they came back and made it right. Not every company will do that, so that earned them an extra star. We especially liked working with Nat, who went the extra mile for us.
Travis is honest, reliable, and gives great advice to customers! Thank you for going above and beyond for your clients. If you’re looking for a trustworthy roofing contractor, I highly recommend ARP!
THANK YOU ARP ROOFING 😊!! A+++ Cheryl (intake operator) Travis (inspector, kind, and informative) Jackie & Valerie (powerhouse girls in the office), Juan (supv. Gutters), Armando (site foreman). Your honesty and compassion, exceptional quality work and team are the best I've ever worked with!! My family and home have been treated with love and respect and my roof looks BEAUTIFUL 😍!! Bonus the roof you recommend Travis, has given me a $900.00 annual reduction in my home owners insurance 🤗. Being vulnerable and taken advantage of by the previous roofer left me on shaky ground. You all went above and beyond being available in answering my many questions and concerns. We all fall short and make poor decisions. I pray this review prevents that from happening for you, I urge you to call ARP and meet with TRAVIS. GRATEFUL 🙏 ♥️!!!! Dena 🤗
From the initial inspection, to the indepth post inspection brief, to the roofers installing the shingles, to the gutter team installing the new seamless gutters, to the billing process, this experience was as pleasurable an experiance a process of this magnitude could be. The end result is absolutely amazing. We strongly recommend the professional ARP team for your roofing needs.
Can't say enough about the great service that was provided by Travis and ARP Roofing team! From the first phone call to the last step of the job, nothing but professionalism and close attention to detail was on display. You can tell customer service and workmanship is a high priority throughout every staff member of this company, they even went as far as to having my driveway and sidewalk pressure washed at no extra charge just to make sure every area was probably taken care off. That's is what you call Top.Shelf Service!
Very professional from the first phone call. Easy to work with. Helpful and informative. No unexpected surprises. Materials delivered on time and the work crew was great - full roof replacement (manufactured home) in just under six hours! Thank you ARP for helping us protect and preserve our home.
Nat was very professional and helped us get things started. He reviewed the quotes with us and explained everything well. The crew showed up around noon and completed roof and cleaning by end of day. We would refer ARP to anyone
With so many shady, "take-your-money-and-run" contractors around today, understandably I was hesitant when, for the first time ever in many decades of home ownership, wind and hail storm damage necessitated the use of home insurance coverage for a new roof. So began the search for honest, efficient, reliable workmanship for my home here in Victoria, TX. From first meeting with Nat, knew I was in good hands. He provided Excellent Customer Service with constant communication, coordinating with insurance company, scheduling, updates, even informing neighbors before installation began. An experienced crew installed the new roof in no time, cleaned up afterwards, leaving behind a beautiful new roof and one grateful, satisfied, life customer. Thank You Nat and ARP Roofing & Remodeling.

What Earning Your Trust Actually Looks Like
Reviews follow the work, and the work follows the process. Every ARP project is documented with photos, supervised by an ARP project manager who inspects at the 25%, 50%, and final stages, and backed by a written scope and warranty you can hold us to. That discipline is why customers come back and why they send us to their neighbors — the referral is the review that matters most.
Read Verified Reviews
The most trustworthy reviews are the ones you can verify, so the testimonials we publish carry a real first name, city, year, and the service the customer actually received — never anonymous quotes or stock-photo praise. You can also read current, verified reviews on ARP's Google Business Profile, where storm-season feedback lands in real time.
Honesty note: if a review ever sounds too good to be true — "they covered my deductible," "free roof," "no out-of-pocket" — walk away from the contractor who inspired it. Waiving a deductible is illegal under Texas Insurance Code § 707. Our reviews describe good work honestly done, not shortcuts that put your claim at risk.
