Why these credentials are on this page
Why you should be able to check every claim
Anyone can put a logo on a website. What matters is whether the credential is real, current, and issued to the company that is standing on your roof. So we do two things many roofers don't: we name the issuer of every certification, and we keep the different kinds of trust in separate buckets. A manufacturer certification is not the same as a supplier partnership, which is not the same as a professional membership. Blurring them is exactly the kind of thing ARP was built against.
Manufacturer certifications
These are the designations manufacturers issue to ARP after verifying our training and installation standards. They are what let us offer manufacturer-backed system warranties on qualifying installs.
| Certification | Issuer | What it authorizes |
|---|---|---|
| GAF Certified Plus (residential) | GAF | Verified GAF residential installation training and quality standards |
| GAF GoldElite (commercial) | GAF | GAF's top commercial contractor designation |
| UNIFLEX Premier Elite | UNIFLEX (Sherwin-Williams) | Premier designation for UNIFLEX fluid-applied roof coatings |
| Atlas PRO+ Platinum Select | Atlas Roofing | Atlas's highest contractor designation — installation excellence and warranty qualification |
| Elevate Red Shield | Elevate | Licensed to install and warranty Elevate commercial roofing systems |
Why this matters to you: a certification isn't a badge on a website — it's the manufacturer verifying that ARP is trained and approved to install their systems the right way. That matters because how a roof is installed matters as much as what it's made of — a premium shingle put on wrong still leaks and fails early, while a trained, manufacturer-approved install is built to reach its rated lifespan. Choosing a manufacturer-certified, accountable contractor is one of the biggest factors in whether your roof reaches that lifespan — and it's what lets ARP register the enhanced, longer manufacturer warranties shown further down this page.
“The contractor you pick matters more than the brand of shingle you pick. The shingle is a product. The install is a marriage. Most homeowners get that backward.”
You can verify our GAF and Atlas standing on the manufacturers' own sites: GAF, Atlas Roofing, UNIFLEX, and Elevate.

Warranties: who stands behind your roof
A warranty is only worth the company willing to answer the phone when you use it. ARP backs your roof two ways: our own workmanship warranty and the manufacturer's product warranty. Here's what each covers.
ARP workmanship warranty options
Our workmanship warranty comes in three tiers, set by the roofing system you install:
| Tier | Labor & materials coverage |
|---|---|
| Silver | 2 years |
| Gold | 10 years |
| Platinum | 25 years |
Every tier is transferable to the next owner with registration within 30 days of closing. Your workmanship warranty does not cover acts of God — hail, wind, fallen trees, and storm damage fall under your insurance — or damage from lack of maintenance, and letting maintenance lapse can void it.
GAF warranty — ARP is GAF Certified Plus
As a GAF Certified Plus contractor, the enhanced GAF warranty ARP can register is the Silver Pledge:
| Silver Pledge coverage | Term |
|---|---|
| Material defects, architectural shingles (non-prorated) | 50 years |
| Workmanship / misapplication | 10 years |
| GAF honors the workmanship if the contractor goes out of business | Yes |
Silver Pledge is the GAF warranty ARP registers on qualifying installations, with the coverage shown above.
Atlas warranty — ARP is Atlas PRO+ Platinum Select
As an Atlas PRO+ Platinum Select contractor, ARP can register the Signature Select warranty on qualifying Atlas shingles such as Pinnacle Pristine:
| Signature Select coverage | Term |
|---|---|
| Limited warranty (original owner) | Lifetime |
| Non-prorated labor & materials | 15 years |
| Wind (Pinnacle Pristine with HP Technology) | Up to 130 mph |
| Algae resistance (with Scotchgard Protector + Pro-Cut hip & ridge) | Lifetime |
If you ever need to use a warranty, you contact ARP directly and we handle the claim on your behalf. We'll walk you through the exact terms for your system before you sign.
This is a summary. See the manufacturer's warranty or your ARP Workmanship Warranty for complete details.
