Is the roof inspection really free?
Yes. Your roof inspection is completely free, with no obligation and no charge of any kind. An ARP inspector walks the roof, photographs what's there, and hands you a written scope with a straight recommendation — repair it, replace it, or leave it alone. You owe nothing, and there's no pressure to move forward.
Do I have to file an insurance claim?
No. Booking an inspection doesn't commit you to filing an insurance claim or to any work at all. If we find storm or hail damage, we document it in photos and a written report so you have the evidence — but whether you involve your insurer is entirely your decision. We hand you the documentation; the call is yours.
What if I need to reschedule?
