Under his operational leadership, ARP Roofing has completed more than $24 million in residential and commercial roofing projects across Texas.

Randal's path to roofing didn't start on a roof. It started on high-rise job sites, where he worked as a commercial field engineer on landmark projects including KCI Towers and the San Antonio River Walk. That world runs on tolerances, documentation, and accountability — and when Randal moved into roofing, he refused to leave those standards behind.
He co-founded ARP Roofing & Remodeling in San Antonio in 2016, after seeing what happens when a vulnerable homeowner meets the wrong contractor: pressure to sign, a cashed check, and a crew that disappears. Randal built ARP to be the opposite — a company that documents everything and stands behind it for years, not weeks. As COO, he owns operations, field engineering, and install standards, and under his operational leadership ARP has completed more than $24 million in residential and commercial roofing projects across Texas.
Randal is also at the center of a family business. He and his wife, Sheryl, started ARP together in 2016; today their son Preston is President and their daughter Valerie is Director of Production.
