Valerie Vaughan is the Director of Production at ARP Roofing & Remodeling and one of the family owners — the daughter of co-founders Randal and Sheryl Williams, and Preston's younger sister. Hers is one of the most hands-on roles on the ARP frontline: she works with customers daily, estimates projects, schedules your dates, coordinates materials, and lines up the crews who start your job.

ARP is a Williams family company, and Valerie is part of the family that owns it. She's the daughter of co-founder and COO Randal Williams and Administrative Manager Sheryl Williams, and the younger sister of co-founder and President Preston Williams. Valerie has been part of ARP since the company was founded, running production from the inside ever since.
