On your job specifically

What Sam owns on your roof

ARP deploys and supervises vetted installation partners, and an ARP project manager inspects the work at every stage. The estimate, the documentation, the warranty, and the accountability stay with us — here is the part Sam is responsible for.

01

On-site project management

leading the crew on your roof for a professional, clean, reliable install.

02

Customer field service

the on-site point of contact while your project is underway.

03

Standing seam metal

including on-site roll-formed panels run to the exact length of your roof.

04

Metal flashing and detailing

the terminations where metal roofs succeed or fail.

Sams role at

Sam's role at ARP

Sam is ARP on your roof. As Field Project Manager, he's the person on site making sure your project runs the way it was promised — leading the install crew, keeping the job professional and the site clean, and handling the field service that turns a scope on paper into a finished roof. When customers say an ARP job was clean, on time, and done right, that's the standard Sam holds in the field. He's also the one they remember — known around ARP as the friendly "Cowboy," Sam is the team member homeowners rave about long after the last nail goes in.

As Metal Foreman, Sam also leads ARP's metal installations. On a metal roof the panel almost never fails first — the detail work does. Sam owns that detail: standing seam panels fabricated on your property with ARP's on-site roll-forming machine, and the seams, boots, and terminations where metal roofs actually leak.

Part of the

Part of the family

Sam is married to Valerie Vaughan, ARP's Director of Production — which makes him part of the Williams family business. He and Valerie work the two ends of the same project: Valerie schedules and coordinates it from the office, and Sam runs it in the field. More than five years in, that hand-off is why ARP projects tend to run clean from start to finish.
