Experience and company history
Preston grew up around building and made it his career. Over more than a decade he has managed commercial and residential projects, worked as a field superintendent, and built custom homes across San Antonio and the Texas Hill Country — experience that taught him a project is won or lost long before the crew ever shows up. He still builds high-end custom luxury homes today, from the ground up to move-in, which is exactly why he understands a roof as part of a whole house — how it ties into the structure, the drainage, and everything a homeowner lives with after the keys change hands.
He co-founded ARP Roofing & Remodeling in 2016 with his parents, Randal and Sheryl Williams. As President, Preston leads business development, sales, and the customer experience — the standards that decide how ARP shows up for you, from the first walkthrough to the final warranty. His focus is straightforward: help homeowners and property owners choose the roof and the scope that actually fit their situation, not just the lowest bid.
Preston is part of the family that owns ARP: the son of co-founders Randal and Sheryl Williams, and the older brother of Director of Production Valerie Vaughan.
