As a Project Consultant based in the Victoria market, Nat is the person on your roof and at your table. His focus is helping customers through two things that stress people most: choosing the right roofing service and navigating the insurance process that often pays for it. Nat has been part of the ARP team for more than three years. He came to roofing from a background in customer service and solar sales — so he understands both the roof and what goes on top of it, and how to guide a homeowner through a major decision without pressure.
