Am I Able to Repair or Replace My Roof During The Coronavirus (COVID-19)?
Here are the steps ARP Roofing & Remodeling is taking to keep you, your family, and ourselves safe.
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) has had a novel impact on family units, small & large businesses alike, across the country, and further the globe. Many cities in the state of Texas have implemented the Stay at Home order. If you’re in need of roof repairs or a roof replacement, you may be wondering what to do next. Since roof repairs or replacements don’t oftentimes require us to enter your home, we are still able to abide by social distancing practices and abide by the guidelines the CDC has outlined. You can stay safely inside your home throughout the entire process – from our initial inspection & consultation to the final installation of your repair or replacement. Before starting any roofing project, we will be sure to check with the local authorities that we are still able to perform services that day. Currently, construction and home maintenance have been deemed essential (April 7th, 2020). Our suppliers are also open enabling us to get the materials needed for your project.
Technology has enabled us to practice social distancing guidelines throughout the whole process. Here are the steps we are taking in the midst of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) to help keep you, your family, and ourselves safe.
Communication from a Distance
To help protect our customers and ourselves, we are implementing a no-contact policy during the duration of Coronavirus. All communication between our estimators and customers will take place virtually through email, text, phone calls, and or video calls.
For roof repair and replacements, we are implementing a virtual inspection process. One of our estimators will schedule a time that works for you. Once our estimator arrives on-site, they will call you instead of knocking on your door. All roof inspections performed will be documented through photos/videos and will be given to the client through e-mail.
Our software enables us to create your estimate digitally, allow you to review it, and sign off on it all while maintaining no personal contact. For roof replacements, you will be able to view your options, choose your new roof color and give us the go-ahead digitally.
Project Installation Procedures
Before starting your project you will receive a call from our project manager scheduling the start date for your roof repair or replacement. Once our crew arrives on the scene, our roofing foreman will call letting you know they are starting your roofing project. When the crew is done for the day and or when they finish your project you will be given a call that they have finished and left your property. Final photos/videos of the repair or replacement will be taken and sent to you.
ARP Roofing is equipped to accept VISA & Mastercard, ACH direct debits from your checking account, & mailed in checks. We also offer a variety of financing options to fit your needs should you choose to utilize it *based on approved credit.
By utilizing virtual approaches that get rid of the requirement for in-person contact while allowing you and our crew to remain connected and share crucial details, you can forge ahead with your required roof repair work or replacement work while respecting social distancing standards. Assurance and terrific customer service can be safely delighted from inside your house.
