Travis Bowling of ARP Roofing and Remodeling was recommended by my State Farm Insurance Agent after the latest hail storm we had in San Antonio this Spring. He was very responsive and scheduled to do an inspection. He determined that the roof needed to be repaired, gutters replaced, grill replaced, two chairs replaced and screens replaced. He then came to my home a second time when the insurance adjuster scheduled. He accompanied him during his inspection and I know that Travis was instrumental in getting everything submitted correctly and completely. He provided oversight for the roofing project and scheduled the other needed repairs. He was extremely understanding and responsive about my concern that my plants not be damaged. Clean up was complete. Travis remained available during this entire process; returned calls; replied to emails/texts. The services delivered have been exceptional.

My roof was damaged in the last big hail storm. Travis Bowling and ARP Roofing met all my needs. The roof was done as scheduled, took about two days, and looks great. All I did was pick the color and Travis handled everything else, including working with the insurance claim adjusters. There were no surprises throughout the whole process. I would recommend this company to anyone I know.

They came out, assessed the work and gave an estimate. When they did the repair, it was not as serious a problem as they thought and the repair was half the quote. In the follow-up, they said to let them know if there were additional problems and they'd be right out.

As a Realtor, it’s very important for me to refer my clients to any contractor or tradesman. I completely trust ARP Roofing as my to go to roofer. I’ve never seen any other roofer so involved with the process from the initial consultation with the customer to showing up when the insurance adjuster arrives to the job site. Wow ARP his team did a great job. Just needed minor repairs to the roof. But we were treated like a major client. Same day response and repair. Will certainly use ARP again. And will recommend to others.

Randal and workers were very professional. Their work is definitely top of the line. Comparing our roof to other roofs in our neighborhood, ours surpasses them all. Scheduling notifications could have been a little better, but when we reached out to Randal, he was very prompt. Randal took care of all insurance correspondence so we didn't have to worry about it. We enjoyed working with ARP and if needed again (hopefully not) we would pick ARP again.

Travis was very straight forward and shared with us plenty of information along the way. He helped us with our insurance company and even contacted them himself to ensure things were being done correct. The crew worked hard from sun up to sundown. I was recommended to use ARP from a friend and it didn't disappoint.

ARP Roofing saved 3 deals now concerning my real estate business! Three of my properties were having roof issues during the Option Period, with Buyers wanting new roofs before closing. Travis certainly has the knowledge in dealing with insurance companies, and got the roofs paid for by each company, with my Sellers only paying their deductibles! Each roof was completed in 2 days, and in time to close the deals in time. I Two of the properties were having the roofs done simultaneously because time was of the essence, and obviously lack of employees was not an issue! He has since helped my friends, my family, my neighbors and my own property with new roofs as well! Way to go ARP and his team! I have definitely added them to MY team!

Mik and Preston came out the day after I requested an appointment ! Called before they showed up & fixed the roof shingle in less than 30 minutes!! They were kind, polite, and efficient ! what more could you want! I will definitely call them again with any roofing gutter or remodeling needs!
